Human Resources and Industrial Relations Policy. The Shareholders agree to cause the Company to conduct its operations and activities consistent with a human resources and industrial relations policy that is based upon the human resources and industrial relations principles of the Founding Shareholders and in a manner designed to ensure compliance with all Applicable Law. The Company’s human resources and industrial relations policies shall be adopted based on maximized value for the Company and its stakeholders.
