Common use of Human Rights Act Clause in Contracts

Human Rights Act. (a) The parties hereto subscribe to the principles of the Human Rights Act of British Columbia. (b) The parties will meet and review methods of extending knowledge of the Human Rights Act within the Public Service and for extending knowledge relating to the Human Rights Act to all employees. (c) The Employer and the Union will cooperate in providing employees with information in the form of brochures, etc. provided by the BC Human Rights Commission, explaining the provisions of the Human Rights Act.
