Common use of HVAC Armor Clause in Contracts

HVAC Armor. The ABM scope of work will include:  Provide a general clean-up of the 5 condensing units.  Deep clean condenser coils to remove final materials in coils and corrosion.  Attempt to straighten all aluminum coil fins to mfg. specifications. (Aluminum fins damaged beyond repair will be straightened to the best of our technical ability).  Apply HVAC Armor coating to the condenser coils both from the outside and from the inside.  Return after 30-45 days after installing additive to replace the filter driers.

(Aluminum fins damaged beyond repair will be straightened to the best of our technical ability).  Apply HVAC Armor coating to the condenser coils both from the outside and from the inside.  Return after 30-45 days after installing additive to replace the filter driers.
