HVAC Operation. Tenant will not place objects or other obstructions on the HVAC convectors or diffusers and will not permit any other interference with the HVAC system. Whenever the HVAC system is operating, Tenant will cause the shades, blinds or other window coverings in the Premises to be drawn as reasonably required by the position of the sun.
