Hydrocarbon Marketing and Transportation. As between the Parties, Customer shall be solely responsible for, and shall make all necessary arrangements at and downstream of the Delivery Points for, receipt, further transportation, processing, and marketing of Customer Residue Gas and Customer NGLs.
