To the best of MSL's Vice President, Information Technology's knowledge and in reliance on IBM's representations in Section 14.1(d), MSL has an appropriate I/T IBM Confidential Solution necessary to use the assets used by IBM as stated in Section 14.1(d) to fulfill its obligations under Attachment 1: Statement of Work.
