Common use of ICANN Requirements Clause in Contracts

ICANN Requirements. Registry Operator's obligations hereunder are subject to modification at any time as a result of ICANN-mandated requirements and consensus policies through the processes set forth in the Registry Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Registrar shall comply with any such ICANN requirements in accordance with the timeline defined by ICANN.

Registry Operator's obligations hereunder are subject to modification at any modifications from time to time as a the result of ICANN-mandated requirements and consensus policies through the processes set forth in the Registry Agreementpolicies. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Registrar shall comply with any such ICANN requirements and shall require any Registered Name Holder to comply with such requirements in accordance with implementation schedules and arrangements established by ICANN or the timeline defined by ICANNRegistry Operator.
