Identification of Affected Staff. When, as a result of the review referred to above and at the conclusion of the consultative process, the Secretary requires a reduction in the number of employees, or employees can no longer be employed in their current position, at their current remuneration or work location (i.e. the terms of appointment to their present position are altered), the affected staff will be identified to NZEI Te Riu Roa and APEX, and every attempt will be made to accommodate those staff in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
