Notification of Absence. To be entitled to payment in accordance with this clause the employee shall meet the following criteria;
Notification of Absence. A unit member shall contact the office of the division xxxx whenever there is a need to be absent and at least thirty (30) minutes prior to missing any work assignment. Should circumstances prohibit this notification, the unit member shall notify the division office in writing, within one week of returning to work, providing the reasons why advance notification was not given.

Notification of Absence. If it is necessary for an employee to go on sick leave, the employee shall notify, prior to their scheduled shift, their immediate exempt supervisor, or the supervisor’s designate, and shall, when possible, inform them of the date and time they expect to be able to return to work.
Notification of Absence. (a) An employee who is going to be absent from work will ensure that his/her Trustholder is informed of the reasons for and expected duration of the absence prior to the start of his/her shift.
