Identification of Punch List Items. A. OWNER shall identify in writing to DESIGN/BUILDER, on or before the date that is thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion, any and all Punch List Items to be completed or corrected by DESIGN/BUILDER. DESIGN/BUILDER shall not be required to complete or correct any Punch List Items identified by OWNER after such thirty (30) day period.
