Identification of Shippers. Forecasting of commodity wise traffic has been done through study of modal shift of cargo passing through Siliguri corridor destined for NE and neighboring countries to IWT. The consultants are required to identify potential shippers, trading clients and the freight forwarders who can be contacted for diverting their cargo movement through IWT, based on the findings of NE study and finding of points a & b under Scope of Work above. A database of potential shippers, trading clients, the freight forwarders etc. with all required information shall be developed and maintained. Combining Cargo (Consolidation/Agglomeration of cargo) of many consignees into one lot and preparing a case for transportation through NW-2 and NW-16 may also be considered.

  • Operation of School a) Unless the School has already ceased operations, the Sponsor shall assume operation of the school throughout the pendency of the hearing under §§1002.33(8)(b)&(c), F.S., unless the continued operation of the School would materially threaten the health, safety, or welfare of the students. Failure by the Sponsor to assume and continue operation of the School shall result in the awarding of reasonable costs and attorney’s fees to the School if the School prevails on appeal.

  • Rotation of Shifts Employees required to work rotating shifts (day, evening and night duty) shall be scheduled in such a way as to, as equitably as possible, assign the rotation equally. This does not preclude an Employee from being continuously assigned to an evening or night shift at the Employee’s request where such continuing assignment is acceptable to the Employer.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
