Identity of Provider. Transpower may disclose the full identity of the Provider and the nature of this agreement.
Identity of Provider. The full and correct legal name and jurisdiction of incorporation or organization of the Provider is as set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement; the Provider has not changed its name in the last two years; and the Provider has no trade names, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names except as have previously been disclosed in writing to the Buyer.
