Identity of workers. The Subrecipient will assign the following individuals to the services to be performed under the provisions of this agreement, and these individuals shall be considered essential to performance. Should any of the individuals become unavailable during the period of performance, the State shall have the right to approve any proposed successors, or, at its option, to cancel the remainder of the agreement.
