Cessation and Resumption of Work. 24.15.1 At the time employees cease work due to inclement weather the employer or the employers representative on site and the employee’s representative shall agree and note the time of cessation of work.

Cessation and Resumption of Work. 27.5.1 At the time FTMs cease work due to inclement weather the Company or the Companys’ representative on site and the FTM’s representative shall agree and note the time of cessation of work.
27.5.2 After the period of inclement weather has clearly ended the FTMs shall resume work and the time shall be similarly agreed and noted.
Cessation and Resumption of Work. The determination to cease work due to inclement weather shall be made by the company, in consultation with its employees, and be based on genuine occupational health and safety requirements.
Cessation and Resumption of Work. (a) At the time Employees cease work due to Inclement Weather the Employer or the Employer’s representative on the worksite and the Employee or Employee’s representative will agree and record the time of cessation of work. All periods of Inclement Weather must be separately recorded on Employee’s timesheets.

(ii) After the period of inclement weather has clearly ended the employees shall resume work and the time shall be similarly agreed and noted.
(iii) Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative work is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site.

At the time the period of inclement weather has clearly ended the employees will resume work and the time will be similarly agreed and noted. Employees will not be required to resume work until the unsafe conditions cease to exist. Where the employees are in sheds because it is raining, they will not be required to resume work unless:
(i) The rain stops; or
(ii) A covered walkway has been provided; or
(iii) The employee can reach the work location without going through the rain.
