IEP Meetings and Recommendations. The regular education staff member, who is or will be providing instructional or other services to a student with disabilities in a regular education classroom setting, shall be invited, in writing, to participate in the IEP meeting and any subsequent meetings. Participation shall not result in the loss of leave time or uncompensated planning time.
