Common use of If CLEC constructs or utilizes Clause in Contracts

If CLEC constructs or utilizes. a Duct connected tAoT&T’s Manhole, the Duct and all connections between that Duct anAdT&T’s Manhole shall be sealed, to the extent practicable, to prevent the entry of gases or liquids intAoT&T’s Conduit System. If CLEC’s Duct enters a building, it shall also be sealed where it enters the building and at all other locations necessary to prevent the entry of gases and liquids from the building inAtoT&T’s Conduit System.
