IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN. 20.1 If you have any dissatisfaction about the services we provide to you, or the manner in which we have provided them, or want to make any other complaint, you should contact us using the details set out in clause 10. We will then deal with your complaint in line with our Complaints Handling Procedure.
