IFTA Commissioner. The IFTA member jurisdiction representative designated by such jurisdiction to vote on all IFTA- related matters requiring jurisdiction vote. For purposes of this Dispute Resolution Process, an IFTA Commissioner may designate another representative of the same jurisdiction to perform required duties. In that instance, “IFTA Commissioner” shall refer to the designee.
