Common use of IGA Plan Defined Clause in Contracts

IGA Plan Defined. This IGA, including the Maps attached hereto as Exhibits A and B, is hereby adopted by the Parties as the Nederland Comprehensive Development Plan, and shall be known herein as the IGA Plan, as distinguished from the NCP. The IGA Plan shall govern and control the NPA, which is defined as the unincorporated area of Boulder County as shown on Exhibit A, or as subsequently amended in accordance with this IGA. With the exception of the Super IGA, this IGA Plan replaces and supersedes any and all previous agreements between the Parties concerning the NPA.
