Common use of IHCDA Approved Auditor Clause in Contracts

IHCDA Approved Auditor. Any auditor performing single or program specific audit for the Subrecipient that is required by 2 CFR 200.501 for Subrecipient must be qualified by the IHCDA in order for IHCDA to accept the single or program specific audit submitted by the Subrecipient. The Subrecipient must submit an email to X000@xxxxx.xx.xxx in order to ensure that its auditor meets IHCDA’s requirements and/or receive a copy of IHCDA’s criteria for auditors and/or receive a copy of IHCDA’s criteria for auditors.

Any auditor performing a single or program program-specific audit for the Subrecipient Recipient that year that is required by 2 CFR 200.501 for Subrecipient 501 must be qualified by the IHCDA in order for IHCDA to accept the single or program specific audit report submitted by the SubrecipientRecipient. The Subrecipient Recipient must submit an email to X000@xxxxx.xx.xxx in order to ensure that its auditor meets IHCDA’s requirements and/or receive a copy of IHCDA’s criteria for auditors and/or receive a copy of IHCDA’s criteria for auditors.

The Subrecipient Sub-grantee must submit an email to X000@xxxxx.xx.xxx in order to ensure that its auditor meets IHCDA’s requirements and/or receive a copy of IHCDA’s criteria for auditors and/or receive request a copy of IHCDA’s criteria for auditors.
