Illegal and immoral acts and unauthorised use. (a) The Tenant shall not use any part of the Premises for any dangerous, noxious, noisy or offensive activity, or any illegal or immoral act or purpose, and must not use any part of the Premises for sleeping accommodation or residential purposes. (b) The Tenant shall not: (i) sell, permit any sale or consumption of hard liquor and wine in the Premises; (ii) use the Premises for the manufacture of intoxicating liquors; (iii) store, sell or allow the sale of any cigarettes, cigars or any form of tobacco products in the Premises; (iv) use or suffer or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used for any political, racially discriminating, religious activities (e.g. religious or ancestral worship or burning of xxxx-sticks and papers); or (v) use or permit the use of the Premises or any part of the Development for any form of gaming or gambling, without the Landlord’s prior written approval. The Landlord may impose such additional conditions as it deems fit in the event such approval is given.
