Common use of Illegal Immigrants Clause in Contracts

Illegal Immigrants. In compliance with the requirements of Tenn. Code Xxx. § 12-3-309, SMG hereby attests that it shall not knowingly utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement and shall not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor who will utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement.

Illegal Immigrants. In compliance with the requirements of Tenn. Code Xxx. § 12-3-309, SMG Licensor hereby attests that it shall not knowingly utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement agreement and shall not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor who will utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreementagreement.
