Illegal Drugs. A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
Illegal Drugs. Drugs which are dispensed in violation of state or federal law are NOT covered.

The manufacture, use, sale, trafficking, purchase, transfer, distribution, dispensing or possession of any illegal drug by any employee while on duty, or on or about the District’s premises is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action (and may subject the individual to criminal prosecution).
Illegal Drugs. The illegal possession, sale, purchase, or use of any controlled substance is prohibited whether on or off duty. Employees shall not report to work or be on duty with illegal drugs traceable in their system.

Illegal Drugs. Any release or discharge of chemicals, toxics, solution in connection with the manufacturing and mixing of any illegal substance on the premises.
Illegal Drugs. You agree not to allow anyone, whether roommate, guest, or anyone acting under your control, whether known by you or not, to make, use, or possess any illegal drugs in or on the grounds of the Property.
Illegal Drugs. Drug dealing and usage are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the lease and institution of eviction proceedings.
Illegal Drugs. RESIDENT acknowledges that illegal drugs, as defined by Indiana or Federal Law are not permitted in the 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx facility or on alumni/board owned property including the parking lots to the north and west of the fraternity chapter house. Possession or use of illegal drugs in the fraternity chapter house or on alumni/board owned property will immediately terminate the LEASE with a zero-dollar refund.
