Illegal Activity No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Biond Financial that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Unlawful Activities Member agrees not to use the premises or any part thereof for the conduct of unlawful activities.
Political Activity Prohibited a. None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under this contract shall be used for partisan political activity.
Technical or Contractual Problems Contractor shall meet with the Department's personnel, or designated representatives, to resolve technical or contractual problems occurring during the contract term or to discuss the progress made by Contractor and the Department in the performance of their respective obligations, at no additional cost to the Department. The Department may request the meetings as problems arise and will be coordinated by the Department. The Department shall provide Contractor a minimum of three full working days notice of meeting date, time, and location. Face-to-face meetings are desired; however, at Contractor's option and expense, a conference call meeting may be substituted. Contractor’s consistent failure to participate in problem resolution meetings, Contractor missing or rescheduling two consecutive meetings, or Contractor’s failure to make a good faith effort to resolve problems may result in termination of the contract.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.
Serious Misconduct In the case of serious misconduct, or for disqualifying crimes as defined in statutes applied to the licensed provision of home care services, each Employer may in its sole discretion, for reasonable cause, bypass any one or all of the steps of progressive discipline. In the case of any form of discipline less than termination, the employee’s disciplinary action shall include a description of the conduct that is the basis for the disciplinary action(s). Each Employer will strive to identify specific corrective action(s) that the employee is expected to take to improve his/her performance.
Commercial or Marketing Use Prohibition Contractor agrees that it will not sell PII or use or disclose PII for a Commercial or Marketing Purpose.
No Unlawful Discrimination In connection with the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, creed, color, national origin, disability, sex, sexual orientation or age. Such agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following: recruitment or recruitment advertising, rates or pay or other forms of compensation, and selection. Any violation of these provisions by Contractor shall constitute a material breach of contract.
