Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act. If the funds awarded are subject to the provisions of the Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act (30 ILCS 705/1 et seq.), any funds remaining at the end of the Agreement period which are not expended or legally obligated by Provider shall be returned to DHS within forty-five (45) days after the expiration of this Agreement.
