Common use of Image Rights Clause in Contracts

Image Rights. Licensee shall be the sole and exclusive owner, throughout the world in perpetuity, of all rights of whatever nature, including without limitation all copyrights, in all films, photographs, and recordings made by the Licensee of or on said lands and facilities.

Image Rights.
