Examples of Imation in a sentence

  • All notices, requests, demands and all other communications required or permitted by either party to the other party by this Agreement (including, without limitation, any Notice of Termination) shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally or received by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, at the address of the other party as follows: If to the Company: Imation Corp.
