Imbalances Within Deviation Band. 2 Deviation Band 2 applies to the portion of the deviation (i) greater than ± 1.5 percent of the scheduled amount of energy or (ii) ± 2 MW, whichever is larger in absolute value, up to and including (i) ± 7.5 percent of the scheduled amount of energy or (ii) ± 10 MW, whichever is larger in absolute value.
