IME Report Submission. If, upon review of the IME Report, NYSLRS determines that pertinent information is missing, NYSLRS will notify the Contractor of the report’s deficiencies. The Contractor will furnish the information at no additional cost. The provision of this required information by the Contractor is not a supplemental IME Report.
