Common use of Immediate Report of Assault Clause in Contracts

Immediate Report of Assault. Unit members shall immediately report cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to the Executive Director, Lead Facilitator, or designee who shall immediately report the incident to the police. The Executive Director, Lead Facilitator, or designee shall release the employee from duty when he/she is required to make a statement to the police or appear in court in connection with the incident.

Immediate Report of Assault. Unit members (a) Employees shall immediately report cases of assault or physical threat suffered by them in connection with their employment to the Executive DirectorDirector or designee, Lead Facilitator, or designee who shall immediately report the incident to the police, if after investigation such action is warranted. The Executive Director, Lead Facilitator, or designee Director shall release the employee from duty when hes/she is required to make he makes a statement to the police or appear appears in court in connection with the incident.

The Executive Director, Lead Facilitator, or designee Employer shall release the employee from duty without loss of pay or benefits when he/she is they are required to make a statement to the police or appear in court in connection with to the incident. There shall be no reprisals to the unit member for making reports to a law enforcement agency.
