Immediate Trips. An immediate trip is a trip requiring immediate transportation support. The circumstances leading to an immediate trip may include the school forgetting to submit trip, Transportation forgetting to assign the trip, etc. Dispatch will make immediate trip assignments using GPS to determine which bus is closest to the school pickup location. Full time operators not assigned to trip boards are eligible to perform immediate trips.

  • Immediate Termination A party has the right to immediately terminate this agreement by notice in writing to the other party upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.

  • Affiliate Transactions Borrower shall not enter into, or be a party to, any transaction with an Affiliate of Borrower or any of the partners, members or shareholders, as applicable, of Borrower except in the ordinary course of business and on terms which are no less favorable to Borrower or such Affiliate than would be obtained in a comparable arm’s-length transaction with an unrelated third party.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Dependent Child If dependent children are covered under separate plans of more than one person, whether a parent or guardian, benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • the benefits of the plan covering the parent born earlier in the year will be determined before those of the parent whose birthday (month and day only) falls later in the year; • if both parents have the same birthday, the benefits of the plan that covered the parent longer are determined before those of the plan which covered the other parent for a shorter period of time; • if the other plan does not determine benefits according to the parents' birth dates, but by parents' gender instead, the other plan’s gender rule will determine the order of benefits.

  • Immediate family or household 25.2.1 The entitlement to use personal leave for the purposes of carer’s or bereavement leave is subject to the person in respect of whom the leave is taken being either:

  • Child A biological, adopted, or xxxxxx child, stepchild, legal xxxx, conservatee or a child who is under eighteen (18) years of age for whom an employee stands in loco parentis or for whom the employee is the guardian or conservator, or an adult dependent child of the employee.
