Immediate termination definition

Immediate termination means that process by which a student is terminated from the clinical experience as the result of a determination by the department or division that the students continued participation in the clinical experience constitutes an immediate threat of harm to the student or others.

  • Complete Termination means a termination of the Fund's Rule 12b-1 plan for B-2 Shares involving the cessation of payments of the Distribution Fees, and the cessation of payments of distribution fees pursuant to every other Rule 12b-1 plan of the Fund for every existing or future B-Class-of-Shares (as hereinafter defined) and the Fund's discontinuance of the offering of every existing or future B-Class-of-Shares, which conditions shall be deemed satisfied when they are first complied with hereafter and so long thereafter as they are complied with prior to the earlier of (i) the date upon which all of the B-2 Shares which are Distributor Shares pursuant to Schedule I hereto shall have been redeemed or converted or (ii) May 31, 2005.   • Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.

  • Involuntary Termination of Employment means the Termination of Service by the Company or Subsidiary other than a termination for Cause, or termination of employment by a Participant Employee for Good Reason.

  • Constructive Termination Without Cause means a termination of the Executive's employment at his initiative as provided in this Section 10(c) following the occurrence, without the Executive's written consent, of one or more of the following events (except as a result of a prior termination):

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Termination Upon Change of Control shall not include any termination of the employment of the Executive (a) by the Company for Cause; (b) as a result of the Permanent Disability of the Executive; (c) as a result of the death of the Executive; or (d) as a result of the voluntary termination of employment by the Executive for reasons other than Good Reason.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Event of Termination has the meaning specified in Section 7.01.
