Common use of Immigration Requirements Clause in Contracts

Immigration Requirements. (1) For Exchange Visitors traveling to the United States, the Subrecipient must ensure that all USAID/Internews-sponsored Exchange Visitors obtain, use, and comply with the terms of the J-1 visa, issued in conjunction with a USAID-issued Certificate of Eligibility for J-1 Visa Status (DS-2019), obtained from USAID through Internews.
