Common use of Immunities Clause in Contracts

Immunities. All of the privileges and immunities from liabilities, exemptions from laws, ordinances and rules, and other benefits which apply to the activity of officers, agents or employees of Members when performing their respective functions within the territorial limits of their respective public agencies, shall apply to the same degree and extent to the Directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives of the Authority while engaged in the performance of any of their functions or duties under the provisions of this Agreement.

All of the privileges and immunities from liabilities, exemptions from lawslaw, ordinances and rules, all pension, relief, disability, workers' compensation and other benefits which apply to the activity of officers, agents or employees of any of the Members or Associate Members when performing their respective functions within the territorial limits of their respective public agenciesfunctions, shall apply to them to the same degree and extent to the Directorswhile engaged as Delegates or otherwise as an officer, officers, employees, agents agent or other representatives representative of the Authority or while engaged in the performance of any of their functions or duties under the provisions of this Agreement.

All To the fullest extent permitted by law, all of the privileges and immunities from liabilities, exemptions from laws, ordinances and rules, and other benefits which apply to the activity of officers, agents or employees of Members when performing their respective functions within the territorial limits of their respective public agenciesfunctions, shall apply to the same degree and extent to the Directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives of the Authority Commission while engaged in the performance of any of their functions or duties under the provisions of this Agreement.
