Common use of Impact Fees Clause in Contracts

Impact Fees. Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 4.02(f), the Developer shall pay City development impact fees that are in effect at the time of issuance of each building permit for the Project. Said fees shall be payable at the time of building permit issuance. The City shall not impose any new categories of impact fees during the Term of this Agreement.
