Annual Public Safety Benefit Contribution. OWNER shall pay to the City an annual Public Safety Benefit Contribution in the initial amount of two and two tenths cents ($.022) per square foot of buildings on properties designated Manufacturing-- Service Commercial in the Project Approvals, subject to annual increase as described below. As building permits for vertical construction are issued for each new building, the Public Safety Benefit Contribution shall be adjusted upward or downward, to the square footage stated in the building permit issued by the City for the applicable building.

Annual Public Safety Benefit Contribution. As established in Section 5.7 of this Agreement, upon the creation of the Community Facilities District (“CFD”) and the levying of special taxes through the CFD, the CFD shall pay to the City an annual Public Safety Benefit Contribution in the initial amount of 1) three hundred forty three dollars ($343) per Single-Family Residential Unit and 2) two hundred eight dollars ($208.) per Multi-Family Residential Unit--Medium Density, and 3) one hundred twenty four dollars ($124) per Multi- Family Residential Unit--High Density, subject to annual increase as described below. No special tax shall be levied on undeveloped property.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • BENEFIT FUND The Trustees are authorized and directed to establish a study committee to review the legality, feasibility and desirability of setting up and maintaining an employee funded Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If an FSA is determined to be legal, feasible and desirable in this context, the Trustees are further authorized and directed to establish such an arrangement and offer it to employees covered by this Agreement; provided that the FSA shall not be offered to employees of any Employer who is unwilling or unable to permit employee participation in the FSA.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
