Common use of Impact Fees Clause in Contracts

Impact Fees. The Project shall be subject to City transportation impact fees as required by the City of Lakeland Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance No. 5535, as amended. These fees shall be due either in cash or City impact fee credits recognized in accordance with Ordinance 5535.
