Impact of Recall to Other Position(s. A Full Time Regular Employee who is displaced and laid off and who is subsequently recalled to work in accordance with this Agreement to a position other than any position held immediately prior to any such displacement, including the last position held prior to any layoff, shall retain their rights under Clause 39.09(a) above.
