Impacts from Outside the Building Sample Clauses

Impacts from Outside the Building. The Condominium is located in a dense urban neighborhood. The neighborhood has busy streets, a large number of people and a large number of nearby buildings and businesses. The neighborhood is also close to the I-5 freeway. You will be surrounded by other people living, working, visiting and passing through your neighborhood at all times of day and night. You can anticipate night-time noise from delivery and moving trucks, traffic, restaurants and bars. You can anticipate noise from rush-hour traffic. You will be subject to noise, odors and vibrations from activities outside the Building, even if your windows are closed. Sounds may reflect off of neighboring buildings causing an “echo” effect which directs sound into your Unit. Sounds may actually seem amplified as a result of this echo effect. The echo effect may be present when you initially move into your Unit or it may not develop until later when other buildings are constructed. You may lack the level of privacy you anticipated due to the proximity of other buildings.
