In the event either party feels that an impasse has been reached in negotiations, they may utilize the procedures available under Chapter 123 to avail themselves of mediation, fact finding and super conciliation. In the event participating Association representatives are required to attend mediation or fact finding during regular working, they shall dos o with no loss of pay.
