Impermissible Investments. The Account cannot invest in life insurance contracts or collectibles within the meaning of Section 408(m) of the Code. The Account cannot be commingled with other property except in a common trust fund or in a common investment fund. If the IRA acquires collectibles within the meaning of Section 408(m) of the Code, the IRA assets will be treated as a distribution in an amount equal to the cost of such collectibles.
