Impervious Liners or Vapor Barriers. Grantee agrees to use appropriately engineered impervious liners or vapor barriers designed, constructed and maintained to prevent the migration of hydrocarbon vapors or liquids, if any, from the soil to the interior of any structures constructed at or on the Property in areas where site conditions dictate that an environmental consultant or engineer, using practices consistent with the standard of care of consultants or engineers practicing under similar circumstances in similar locations, would suggest the use of such impervious liners or vapor barriers for protection of human health. Such barrier or liner must be installed by a licensed contractor experienced in the installation of such barriers or liners. In addition, Grantee must maintain the barrier or liner so that it remains as an effective barrier or liner. The barrier or liner must be of the appropriate strength and quality and at an appropriate level beneath ground level. Such installation must be performed in accordance with all applicable laws and in accordance with the highest industry standards to protect human health and safety.

  • Barriers Barriers shall be used to prevent the migration of airborne pollutants from areas under construction and to mitigate any construction noise that may disrupt occupant activities. If effective controls for pollution emissions cannot be practically implemented, activities involving significant airborne pollutants shall be scheduled during off-hours at Contractor’s expense. The Site shall be ventilated with fresh outside air during and immediately after the noxious activity.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Fire Extinguishers Provide UL-listed extinguishers, cabinets and accessories from a single manufacturer such as X.X. Industries or Xxxxxx’x Manufacturing Company that comply with local fire marshal approval. Extinguishers shall be pressurized solid AFFF Type: UL-rated 3-A: 00X, 0-0/0 xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, in stainless steel container with pressure indicated gauge.
