Common use of Implementation Assistance Clause in Contracts

Implementation Assistance. Each Permittee shall, to the maximum extent practicable, cooperate with Reclamation to ensure that actions required for Conservation Measures are accomplished including, but not limited to, the purchase, acquisition, or lease of land and water. Permittees shall not unreasonably withhold any necessary approvals to accomplish the above listed actions.
