Implementation of contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.9 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 60,000, the beneficiary shall, in addition to the provisions laid down in Article II.9, apply a competitive procedure and observe the principle of transparency.
