Common use of Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring. Grantee shall diligently and in good faith implement the Grant Plan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and, to the extent that they do not differ from this Agreement, the Application Documents. Grantee shall not materially change the nature or scope of the Grant Plan during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of City. Grantee shall promptly comply with all standards, specifications and formats of City, as they may from time to time exist, related to evaluation, planning and monitoring of the Grant Plan and shall cooperate in good faith with City in any evaluation, planning or monitoring activities conducted or authorized by City.

Grantee shall diligently and in good faith implement the Grant Plan Plan, attached hereto as Appendix A (“Grant Plan”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and, to the extent that they do not differ from this Agreement, the Application Documents. Grantee shall not materially change the nature or scope of the Grant Plan during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of City. Grantee shall promptly comply with all standards, specifications and formats of City, as they may from time to time exist, related to evaluation, planning evaluation and monitoring of the Grant Plan and shall cooperate in good faith with City in any evaluation, planning evaluation or monitoring activities conducted or authorized by City, including evaluation of the efficacy of the Program as measured against the Student Equity Plan.
