IMPLEMENTATION OF NEWLY VALUED OR RE-EVALUATED JOBS. (a) In the event there is a change to the value of a job, implementation of the change will not be formalized until the Employer affirms that the change in the job description, evaluation, and/or the associated duties applies to all the incumbents in the subject job in question. The Employer shall make this determination as soon as possible but no later than 90 days following notification of the change.
