Policy Grievances. Where either Party to this Agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an Article of this Agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Site manager at Step 2 of the grievance procedure, their designate or the Union within fourteen (14) calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either Party, within a further fourteen (14) calendar days, may submit the dispute to a third party, as set out in Article 8 or 9 of this Agreement.
Policy Grievances. Where either party to this agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Board of Directors Human Resources Representative (or designate) or the Union within 30 calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party, within a further 14 calendar days, may submit the dispute to arbitration, as set out in Article 9 of this agreement.
Policy Grievances. Where a dispute involving a question of general application or interpretation of the Collective Agreement occurs, a policy grievance may be filed by Local 79, commencing at Step 3 within twenty (20) working days of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance.

Policy Grievances. The Union shall have the right to submit policy grievances regarding provisions of this Agreement in matters which do not necessarily apply to any one employee.

Where a dispute involving a question of general application or general interpretation of this Agreement occurs, or where the Board has a grievance, such grievance may be processed commencing at Step 3, provided the grievance is submitted within the time limitations provided under Subsection 11.02 (i).
Policy Grievances. 29.01 Either party to this agreement may initiate a grievance regarding the interpretation, application, administration or any alleged violation of this agreement.
29.02 A party initiating a policy grievance shall, within 15 Days of the act giving rise to the grievance, give notice to the other party, setting out:
(a) the nature of the grievance;
(b) the date of occurrence;
(c) the circumstances out of which the grievance arose;
(d) the requested remedy or declaration;
(e) the clauses in issue; and
(f) the signature of an authorized official of the party initiating the grievance.
29.03 A grievance under this article, once served on the other party, shall constitute a notice of a request for the establishment of a Grievance Committee and the provisions of clauses 28.08 and clauses 28.17 to 28.37 inclusive shall apply to the processing of such grievance.
Policy Grievances. A Policy Grievance shall be initiated at Stage III. Policy Grievances shall be heard between the President of the Union and the Manager of Employee Relations, or their respective alternates. The Parties specifically agree that a policy grievance may seek financial redress.
Policy Grievances. Either Party may submit a policy grievance respecting the general application, interpretation, or an alleged violation of an Article of this Agreement, within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the occurrence giving rise to the grievance, at arbitration pursuant to Clause 9.1.
Policy Grievances. Where a dispute involving a question of general application or general interpretation of this agreement occurs or the Employer has a grievance, such grievance may be processed commencing at Step 3 provided the grievance is submitted within fifteen (15) working days from the date the Union became aware of the matter. A group grievance may be filed at Step 3.
