Implementation of Plans. In the event the Supplier is unable to, or is likely to become unable to, perform the Services for any reason, including physical damage to equipment and/or facilities, equipment malfunction, telecommunications links and devices or software failure, Supplier is required to make a best faith effort to notify the appropriate personnel at Aetna within [*] ([*]) [*] of the actual or potential incident or outage.
