Common use of Implementation Status Reports Clause in Contracts

Implementation Status Reports. The Contractor shall provide status reports to the State throughout the project’s implementation. Training Implementation Training At no additional cost to the State, the Contractor shall work with the State and Ordering Agencies to provide users an opportunity through a Kick-off event to learn about the program for best outcome of program usage. The Contractor may host other implementation and product shows around the State as well as additional vendor seminars and training at the direction of the State. As part of the Contractor’s duty to provide training at the direction of the State, the Contractor may be required to host training sessions via internet. The Contractor shall use reasonable best efforts to provide training as necessary to facilitate the goals of this Contract.
