Contract Implementation. The Client Agency will select a Contractor according to the procedures set forth below.
Contract Implementation. The Judicial Branch agrees that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure that all the terms of this Agreement, including those that necessitate retroactivity, shall be fully implemented no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the effective date of Legislative approval of this Agreement. As stated in §1282, Paragraph 6 of Public Employer of the Judicial Employees Labor Relation Act and within the thirty (30) calendar day period specified above: "All state departments and agencies shall provide such assistance, services and information as required by the Judicial Branch and shall take such administrative or other action as may be necessary to implement and administer the provision of any binding agreement between the Judicial Branch and employee organizations entered into under law."
Contract Implementation. No teacher shall suffer a reduction in salary or benefits as a result of implementation of this Collective Agreement.
Contract Implementation. The Contractor shall meet with the State and form an Implementation Plan timeline for the overall Contract Deployment. The Contractor shall customize the program to fit the State’s needs and desires for a successful program by meeting a minimum of one meeting per week during the implementation process.
Contract Implementation. 6.1 The Client shall notify the PS in writing of any complaint regarding the services.
6.2 The PS agrees to assist the Client in filing its claim/s for loss/damage/defects to the services, in accordance with the warranties or insurance clause provided by the concerned Suppliers but under no circumstance shall the PS be held liable or accountable for such loss/damage/defects that should be answered by the Suppliers. In cases of breaches of warranty, the PS shall, as warranted, cause the imposition of suspension and/or blacklisting of the Suppliers and cooperate with and assist the Client in pursuing other legal remedies against concerned supplier and other responsible Parties, including the Client’s possible institution of appropriate administrative, civil and/or criminal case/s as warranted. The PS shall undertake best efforts to cause concerned Suppliers to replace, repair, or correct the defect/damage/loss within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the written complaint from the Client.
Contract Implementation. The Company and the Union will jointly train the Union committee members and officers, Inflight Management, Crew Resources, and Crew Scheduling on the provisions of this Agreement.

Contract Implementation. The City will prepare a scope of work for inspections in project batches. Included in these project batches, GIS-based maps of all sanitary or storm infrastructure assets to inspect will be assigned. As well as a proposed schedule. The selected on-call contractor(s) shall provide the City with a price proposal to complete the project work including: • Total costs for the work based on unit prices. • Schedule or date by which the work can be completed. • Names and contact information of assigned Xxxxxxx or Superintendent. CCTV inspections are to be conducted on all pipelines included in the scope or assigned batch. Cleaning services will only be paid for after confirmation that cleaning is necessary to complete the inspection, or as directed by the Engineer or City Staff. The City will assign specific batches to a Contractor based on availability, turnaround time for completion of tasks, experience and other factors relevant to the task. The City does not guarantee either a minimum volume of work or a specific volume of work under this Contract. The Contractor will be contractually obligated to use the fees included in their proposal to generate costs for individual batches solicited by the City under this Contract. Proposals shall include a project schedule and a list of all project unit price items and quantities estimated for the work for a particular batch. Contractor shall submit deliverable reports for all inspections within 2 weeks of completing the field work. Contractor may apply for a time extension through a written request to the City if there are extenuating circumstances related to volume of data. A new project batch will not be assigned until substantial completion of a previously assigned batch, as determined by the project engineer.
Contract Implementation. Supplier will endeavor to implement this agreement within thirty (30) days of signing. This implementation will include contacting ARMADA facilities and/or if applicable, providing pricing and contract information to the authorized distributor listed on Exhibit C. Supplier will provide copies of all correspondence to distributor providing contract information. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of the agreement.
Contract Implementation. Should any provision of this contract be held to be contrary to law, or result in any conflict in interpretation, such holding or event shall have no effect upon the remainder of this contract.
